Meet Devin DeLapp
Devin joined SFMG in June of 2018 as a Financial Planning Analyst — and she’s been doing what she loves ever since. SFMG was the natural fit: the camaraderie in the office and the shared passion for client success were exactly what she was looking for.
With nearly a decade in the industry and deep mentorship from SFMG’s founding partners, Devin transitioned to the Advisory team in January 2022, where she has built a practice centered on comprehensive financial planning and meaningful client relationships. Though no two clients are alike, Devin’s ideal client is one who appreciates a holistic approach and wants a true partner in their personal financial life. While confidence for life is what it’s all about, Devin is most fulfilled by the lasting connections she builds with clients as they navigate life’s milestones together.
When she’s not serving clients, you can find Devin with her husband, Travis, and their micro-mini goldendoodle, Fitz! She loves traveling, staying active, and as a self-proclaimed foodie, trying all of the new restaurants Dallas has to offer.

Q+A with Devin
The small, rural town of Stinnett, Texas. It’s about 60 miles north of Amarillo.
A hot cup of tea. Any variety, any time of day.
At work, charitable planning and alternative investments. After work, planning the next trip (the Amalfi Coast has my heart), hunting down the best restaurants, and a competitive game of Mahjong.
