Meet Griffon Rubin

Griffon, a Dallas native, joined SFMG as an investment analyst in January 2023 after graduating from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Middle Eastern Languages, Literature, and Culture. Prior to joining SFMG, he worked for an Austin-based Venture Capital Fund in the Consumer Packaged Goods space, as well as on his own startup. Additionally, Griffon’s previous experience includes interning for a DFW-based Private Equity Fund, a financial consulting firm in Tel Aviv, Israel, and for US Congressman Pete Sessions while he served in Texas’ 32nd District. His favorite thing about SFMG is the people and the collaborative culture. Outside of work, Griffon enjoys spending time with his wife, playing poker with friends, eating hummus, and travelling to new and exciting places.
